The house was custom built in 1991. The main floor is 1682 sq ft, lower 1550 sq ft for a total of 3232 finished sq ft. The living room windows and patio doors have a full width exterior awning. The dining room windows have exterior roll down screens that allow you to watch activities on the beach while keeping the sun off the windows and heat out of the house.

The home entrance is a 6ft x 22ft breezeway between house and attached garage/workshop. All 4 doors in the entrance way are exterior insulated doors.

The main floor of the house is an open concept kitchen, dining room, living room with cathedral ceilings and many windows giving a spectacular view all year long. This is also a great environment for those of us who need sun light in the winter and naturally wonderful for growing house plants. All rooms on the upper level have cathedral ceiling heights.

One wall of this room has his and hers double closets and mirrored doors. The second main floor bedroom is 15ft x 12ft.

The lower level has an in-law suite with private entrance and patio. This floor could be used as an income suite. The lower entrance provides quick access for those running between house and beach during the summer.

The kitchen area is 20ft x 11ft with oak cupboards, fridge, stove, double sink and a 27 x 50 inch work island. The living room area is 20ft x 15ft, one bedroom is 15ft x 14ft with his and hers double door closets. The second lower bedroom/office is 11ft x 15ft. There is also a 4 piece bathroom. The laundry area has many storage cupboards and a laundry sink. The last room is 14ft x 15ft with two walls of cupboards, stores the freezers, pantry and serves as a craft area.
